(Spring 2027)
“Play is the work of the child”.
“Nothing lights up the brain like play”
“Play is children’s language”.
“Play helps integrate the brain”.
“Play is nature’s way of ensuring that children acquire the skills they need.”
“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning.”
“Children need us to entertain them. They need us to protect the space in which our own play can unfold”.

I created these stories through the beautiful, everyday moments of play with my daughter. What began as imaginative adventures together soon became my creative outlet. As a stay-at-home mother, those moments of creating, dreaming, and storytelling have been incredibly meaningful, reminding me that while I was helping shape her imagination, she was inspiring mine.
